10 Quick and easy beauty tips to get out the door looking fabulous while preventing the aging process

Tip #1: A beautiful smile can always improve one’s appearance instantly. Put your favorite teeth whitening strips on right when you roll out of bed so you have them on for at least 15-30mins while you’re getting ready. Try Crest 3D White Luxe Supreme FlexFit White strips. These strips are thin and comfortable.

Tip #2: A quick spray of dry shampoo in the morning can always make hair look less greasy and provide a little more volume. I recommend BosRenew Volumizing Dry Shampoo.  This product is specially formulated with DHT inhibitors for fine and thinning hair. It can help absorb all oils while unblocking the hair shaft promoting hair growth.  This makes your hair look fresh and clean in minimal time.

Tip #3: To mend frizz, split ends and to make hair look lush try a small amount of Trader Joes Organic Virgin Coconut Oil when styling your hair in the morning.  Rub a small pea size amount into your palms and on the ends of your hair. Tip #7: To prevent wasting time getting your lipstick just right in the morning, rub your toothbrush gently over your lips before putting on any products. It will take off any excess dry skin and stimulate your lips to give a little more volume to your look. Any product will glide over this easily and prevent you from wasting time perfecting your pout.

Tip #8:  Sometimes we sleep through the alarm or hit snooze one too many times.  This cuts our morning routine in half.  To fake that awake look quickly if you don’t have time to put on a full face of makeup, put mascara on the upper and the lower lashes to make even the most tired eyes look more awake in a heartbeat.

Tip #9: The biggest tip to shortening your morning routine is to start it the night before.  Place two already brewed bags of Lipton black tea in the fridge. When the tea bags become cold to the touch place, them on your eyes for 2 minutes. The caffeine will help take away any excess puffiness. Doing this the night before can cut down on time in the morning. To help with puffiness, wrinkles and dark circles around the eyes try an eye cream like Skin Medica Illuminating Eye Cream after your tea bag treatment.  It will speed up the circulation around the eye area to help drain blood that causes puffiness and dark circles.
